A combination of Epsoms Salts and Pink Himalayan Salts, this bath soak is great for those who are often active, carry joint pain or muscle tension and soreness.
 
I've added deep healing essentail oils such as Marjoram and Wintergreen to reduce inflammation, and bring relief to the deepest tissues of the body, right down to the tendons and ligaments.
 
This reiki infused blend takes a gentle approach to healing the body, if you're someone that is often rushing, cramming and jolting their way to relief,  I invite you to slow down, show yourself some kindness and rest.
